Teacher: This teacher would work with other lead teachers where needed. We have positions available to care for children from infant to 5 years of age. High school diploma required. We are looking for applicants who are 20 and older.
Head Teacher: A head teacher is responsible to lead a class in cooperation with any other teachers in the room. There are three age groups available for this position. We provide a plan for running your class and allow you the freedom to grow in your way. Two years of experience and high school diploma required. We are looking for applicants who are 20 and older.
Visionary Couple: This couple comes with a vision of learning about urban life and urban schools in particular. They spend 1-3 years in roles within our school and then move to another city and open a school there. The roles this couple fills would be variable based on goals. We would want to put them in most of the current roles for experience sake. Grants are available to send one or both of this couple to college if that fit s the long-term goals.
